To make a perfect iced coffee is a complicated thing and there are many different recipes to make it. Some of them are fast, and others take more time like cold brew. Iced coffee not only provide you with your much needed caffeine fix, but also it cools you down during those unbearably hot months. There is an art that’s worth perfecting when it comes to making iced coffee.
Perfect Iced coffee is brewed with hot water (that hot coffee is then cooled over ice) which means more of the oils and acidic flavors are released, this can result in a bitter taste.

1. To make iced coffee, pack a glass full of ice cubes. 2. Fill glass 2/3 full with coffee liquid. Add sugar and stir well. 3. Add healthy splash/milk of half-and-half. 4. Add 2-3 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk / can use plain sugar instead and stir to combine. Taste and adjust half-and-half and/or sweetened condensed milk as needed. |
