Directions
Both raspberries and pomegranate juice have an array of health benefits. Both are rich sources of vitamin C and antioxidants, not to mention fiber and anti-inflammatory properties. Some studies show that eating pomegranate seeds or drinking pomegranate juice can help protect against diseases, like certain cancers and Alzheimer’s.
